A
native of Monrovia, Liberia, Rebecca Falika has been sewing
for more than 20 years. In 1994 she decided to
focus extensively on African wear--combining traditional African
wear with a modern Afrocentric flair. Her creations
are her own, influenced by her culture and background, current
African fashion and her clientele's demand. Her
creativity has afforded her great versatility--allowing her
to successfully add an African accent to bridal wear, formal
wear, group uniforms, christening/baby dedication apparel,
ministerial attire and everyday wear.
